FAQs

Q: How do I find Phoenix Organics?
A: You can find maps and directions here.

Q: How do I order produce from Phoenix?
A:
Please get in touch via our contact page. We will then send you our 'Accounts Details' form, which you should complete in order for us to enter your details onto our systems and begin trading.

Q: I am a commercial farmer/grower looking to sell my produce. Would you be interested in buying from me?
A:
Yes, probably. We will obviously remain loyal to those who have consistently supplied us with high quality, well-presented produce, delivered to us on time. But we are always looking for additional, reliable suppliers for many lines. If that sounds like you, please get in touch here and we’d love to hear from you.

Q: How can I be sure that all your produce is genuinely organic?
A: We only sell produce that has been organically grown. We are inspected annually by the Soil Association and our suppliers’ organic certification certificates are kept up to date and on file for inspection if required. All batch numbers are declared on invoices to allow complete traceability.

Q: What sets you apart from other organic wholesalers?
A: Two things. Firstly, we are dedicated to the supply of small retail shops and to box schemes. We do not supply produce to supermarkets. Secondly, we prioritise customer care. We make every reasonable effort to contact and advise customers when there is any problem with the produce ordered with us.

Q: Are you able to deliver to us, or do we have to collect from your Depot?
A: You are very welcome to collect from our Depot and we are always happy to see our customers. If you prefer to have produce delivered, you may be on one of the regular routes taken by our refrigerated vehicles, or if not, we can arrange for delivery via one of a number of hauliers that we work with. Please note that our prices are ex depot and that we charge for transport at cost.

Q: Where does most of your produce come from, is it predominantly from the UK or from abroad?
A: We have many farmers and growers, both local to us in the Midlands, and elsewhere in the UK who grow a wide range of seasonal produce. However, there are many lines, especially fruit and out-of-season vegetables that cannot be grown in this country. We therefore have developed links with overseas producers and traders to ensure that we are able to offer a wide range of produce throughout the year.

Q: Can I set up a link to your site?
A: Yes by all means, we believe that helping to spread the word of organic produce should be encouraged and supported. We do have a few terms that we ask you to adhere to, you can view them by clicking here.
